Elise Sonnenberg, Patient Care Coordinator

Elise Sonnenberg has always been a voracious reader and curious mind, delving enthusiastically into topics that piqued her interest. This led her to the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism, where she was able to hone in on her interviewing skills, while specializing in strategic communication and public relations. Her training allowed her to dive deep into investigating and writing about human trafficking in Mid-Missouri, but also conduct focus groups for national clients such as Proctor & Gamble.

She learned her biggest passion was talking to people, learning about them and finding ways to help. She took a job as a bartender in busy Wrigleyville for spare cash post-grad, and ended up working with the company on their journey to becoming a national franchise, traveling from the flagship in Chicago to California to promote the concept and educate staff.

Elise is excited to combine her communication expertise with her biggest obsession; skincare and aesthetics. She recognizes that every patient has their own personal goals, fears, experience and needs. She strives to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where everyone is listened to, helped and leaves feeling like they are important and unique, which they are!

The North Shore has proven to be a welcoming home to Elise, who came from the West Loop area of Chicago. She spends her free time practicing Pilates, listening to true crime podcasts, and running around with her two doodle dogs.
