Dear Community Members,
As we approach the one-year mark since the tragic day that impacted our beloved Highland Park community on July 4th, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey of healing and unity that we have embarked upon together.
It has been a year filled with challenges, but amidst the darkness, we have witnessed the strength and resilience of our community. At FreshSkin, we have been honored to work closely with survivors, lending our expertise to help alleviate some of the scars they acquired. We have seen their courage and determination firsthand, and it has inspired us to continue supporting and uplifting one another.
Beyond those directly affected, every member of our community has been in our thoughts and prayers throughout this past year. We understand that healing extends far beyond physical scars, reaching into the depths of our emotions and spirits. We acknowledge the pain, sorrow, and hardship that many have faced, and we stand together in solidarity.
As we approach this year’s July 4th, we hope it serves as a turning point—a symbol of healing and renewed optimism. It is our sincerest wish that this day marks a significant step forward in the journey of our community’s recovery.
